How long does my order take to ship?

All orders will ship out within 3 business days after purchase. You will receive a conformation number once your order has shipped!

Damaged/shipment issues

Once your order has shipped, it becomes the purchasers responsibility to correspond with the shipping carrier if any issues arise. Urban Aesthetics are not responsible for any lost packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier for any lost, delayed, or damaged orders.

If items are returned for incorrect address given by purchaser, it is their responsibility to pay to reship item.

Returns

If, for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 21 days from the shipment date. The cost of return shipping is the purchaser’s responsibility.
